Create Your Free Account

Before purchasing a membership or class credit, all students must first create a free account. Once your account is set up, you can purchase classes or memberships and reserve your spot in class.

You may make purchases and class reservations online, through the phone app, at the front desk, or by phone.

Cancellation Policy

We use a rolling 6-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made at least 6 hours before class start time will not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 6 hours of class start time will be charged a penalty fee, which currently is the forfeiture of the class credit used for that reservation.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Waitlists are organized by the time each student joins, with earlier sign-ups placed higher in the queue. If a spot opens during the 12-hour waitlist auto-fill window, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added to class.
If a cancellation occurs after the auto-fill window has passed, the spot will be held by the system. A team member will then either manually add a waitlisted student after confirming they are still able to attend or release the spot back into the class.
