What to Expect on Your First Day
Step 1
Arrive Early
Arrive 10 minutes early so you can check in and settle comfortably.
Step 3
Warm Welcome
Someone at the front desk will greet you, explain the class structure, and help calm any nerves.
Step 2
Check In
First class: Check in at the front desk
Afterward: Use the SCD App to check in
Step 4
Class Flow
Expect a clear warm-up, foundational instruction, and an encouraging environment where progress is celebrated.
